My path to becoming a self-care strategist was shaped by decades of experience in retail leadership, where I honed my skills in goal setting and developing teams to grow and thrive professionally. During a leadership development program at work—while simultaneously experiencing my own health transformation—I found myself reflecting on something deeper: purpose.
Through that experience, I came to the realization that I was meant to do more than lead teams—I was meant to help women reconnect with their well-being. The alignment between my personal health transformation and the leadership development program I was in lit a spark I couldn’t ignore. It ultimately led me to step away from my retail career and fully dedicate myself to guiding women toward a more holistic, empowered approach to health—one that honors the body and mind.
Now, I help women redefine what healthcare means to them by looking at their well-being as an essential form of self-care. I focus on realistic, sustainable practices like prioritizing whole food nutrition over ultra-processed options, incorporating enjoyable movement into daily life, and cultivating a positive mindset. My approach is nonjudgmental and rooted in grace and self-compassion—because lasting change starts with kindness towards ourselves.
With my certification as a Master Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, I share evidence-based wellness strategies in a way that feels approachable and empowering. I meet you where you are on your journey, taking a personalized approach to setting goals, because there is no one-size-fits-all method.
I’m excited to be part of the inaugural Smoky Mountain Yoga & Wellness Festival where I’ll be facilitating a wellness workshop designed to support healthy habits at home. When self-care becomes a shared value within the family, it’s not only easier to practice—it becomes a lifestyle that lifts everyone.
Because self-care isn’t selfish—it’s foundational. And when women (and their families) are empowered to prioritize their health, everything changes.
