Anjana Rathore

Anjana Yoga is a soulful offering rooted in accessibility, compassion, and mindful movement. Founded by Anjana Rathore — a travelling yogi sharing her practice across India, Europe, and the USA — Anjana Yoga creates spaces where every body feels welcomed and supported.

With a foundation in Hatha Yoga and a deep love for Chair Yoga, Anjana specializes in making yoga inclusive for seniors, beginners, and those navigating physical challenges. Her sessions blend gentle movement, conscious breathwork, meditation, and heart-centered presence.

Beyond asana, Anjana brings the spirit of devotion into her teachings through kirtan, mantra, and mindful reflection — nurturing not just the body, but the mind and soul.
