Through a thoughtful blend of grounding yoga flows, therapeutic sound baths, mindful meditation, and expressive art therapy, you will gently shed the weight of the past year and craft clear intentions for the next. Surrounded by the peaceful mountain mist, you will gather under the stars around an outdoor firepit and indulge in locally sourced, gourmet meals prepared fresh onsite by our special guest chefs.
