Eric Lindstrom

Eric Lindstrom is a certified practitioner through the Sound Healing Academy, teacher and professional multi-instrumental musician since 1990. Eric holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Georgia and has taught music and led workshops for many individuals and groups. Eric has been a teacher for the Sound Healing Academy since 2022. Through his sound healing practice, Resonance for Healing, he brings various cultural techniques and practices such as pranayama, mantra chants, native prayer concepts, and mysticism as well as contemporary methods for reducing the effects of stress and supporting the body's natural healing ability.

Eric works with multiple gongs, crystal bowls, drums, Native American flutes, tuning forks, rattles, Himalayan singing bowls, idiophones, chordophones, hand pan, didgeridoo, voice and other sound instruments from a variety of world cultures to facilitate healing through intention, vibration, sound and energy. It is Eric's deep conviction to help bring harmony, balance, health and wellbeing to each individual and group he works with. By doing so he contributes to help move the world towards a place of peace, equanimity and heart centered compassion.

He will be leading Friday evenings 'The Alchemy of Sound Healing' on opening day, Friday June 19th at 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM in the Auditorium - An introduction to the tools and techniques of working with sound healing instruments paired with yoga. The class will provide an opportunity for direct experience with gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and other instruments. This class is great for yoga teachers, yoga students and other healing arts practitioners as well as anyone interested learning more about using sound for their personal or professional practice.
