Mom of three wild-hearted boys, dreamer, doer, and believer in the power of daily intention. Nicole creates space for growth, gratitude, and self-discovery—because wellness is for everyone. Her mission is simple: to help people feel better, live fuller, and love themselves deeply!

Mindfullness for Inner Peace - An introduction to the foundations of mindfulness as a practical tool for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. This class explores what it means to be present in the moment, how mindful breathing supports the nervous system, and how intentional reflection can deepen self-connection. Participants will be guided through calming breathwork, grounding practices, and reflective journaling using the Holistic Mindfulness Journal. Designed for all experience levels, this class offers simple, accessible practices that can be woven into everyday life to support greater clarity, calm, and inner peace.
