Scott's first yoga class was in 2007 at Asheville Yoga Center. That first class planted a seed that has blossomed into leading classes as a yoga instructor. He has always been drawn to the movement of the body and how we can use those movements to heal the body and make the body stronger. As Scott has gotten deeper into his own practice and through his completion of the 200 hour YTT at Waynesville Yoga Center in 2023, he has developed a greater appreciation for the breath-body-mind connection that yoga offers.
The practice of yoga can create inner harmony, so that we can get to know and focus on being our true selves. Yoga can be practiced in our day to day lives and not just on our mats.
