Shannon Reilly
Shannon Reilly is the founder of Simplify Space & Soul and a therapeutic yoga teacher specializing in nervous system regulation and neurodivergent-friendly practices. She is an ERYT-500 yoga teacher and a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, with advanced training in fascia, orthopedic yoga, and nervous system–informed practice.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Shannon blends restorative yoga, yin, myofascial release, and breathwork to help people reduce stress, reconnect with their bodies, and build sustainable self-care practices.
Her work focuses on helping people move away from rigid wellness expectations and toward practices that support real bodies and real lives.
She also hosts the podcast “Beyond the Checklist,” where she explores practical tools for nervous system regulation, focus, and self-trust.
She will be leading: The Fascia–Mind Connection: Release, Restore & Regulate - Workshop with Gentle Yoga and Self-Myofascial Release
Fascia is the body’s connective web — influencing movement, pain, stress, and even how our nervous system responds to the world around us. In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore how fascia and the nervous system work together and how simple self-myofascial release techniques can help reduce tension, improve mobility, and support nervous system regulation.
Participants will learn practical techniques using props such as therapy balls, blocks, and blankets to release common areas of tension including the feet, hips, shoulders, and neck. These techniques will then be integrated into a gentle, restorative-inspired practice designed to down-regulate the nervous system and help the body shift out of stress mode.
This class blends education, self-care tools, and restorative movement so students leave not only feeling better in their bodies but with practical techniques they can use at home.
