More info on her class: Hula Hoop Flow & Fitness - 11:15PM-12:15PM - On The Green
Hula hooping is so much more than play, it’s a full-body, low-impact, high-energy cardio workout that strengthens your core, tones muscles, and can burn up to 600 calories an hour. Beyond the physical benefits, hooping relieves stress, improves posture, balance, flexibility, and circulation, while calming the mind and uplifting your mood. In this workshop, we’ll begin by setting intention, incorporating breath work and mudras to support that intention, then stretching with the hoop as a supportive prop. From there, spinning on all parts of our body, participants will
learn accessible tricks and explore how to sequence them together, creating their own improvised flow. We close with cool down hoop stretch and affirmations to carry into your life beyond class. Hooping inspires presence, creativity, and joy while building confidence, vitality, and connection—come experience the transformative power of the hoop for yourself. No experience required. Hoops provided.
