Music improves our mood activating the brain’s pleasure centers, reducing stress and anxiety, and will play a big part in the festival with sound healing ceremonies and musicians.
Dancing releases endorphins, which have mood-boosting and stress-reducing effects, so plan to move to the live music, and giving belly dancing a try. Maybe you haven’t hula hooped for a while or enjoyed the community of a drum circle. Well now’s your chance.
