EARLY BIRD PRICING - One Day of Wellness; January 10th from 12 pm to 7 pm with a welcome reception, opening circle, yoga flow, art therapy session and a deeply healing sound meditation. Food and beverages offered during the Welcome Reception, and in between sessions.
